The 2019 Ford F150 is among the most popular trucks in the US, and for a good reason. It has configurations and features that make it one of the most capable and high-performance vehicles in its segment. Being a full-size pickup truck, it has impressive hauling and towing capabilities.

The 2019 F150 is made available in six main different trim levels, namely the base XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum and finally, Limited. There is an off-road variant named Raptor, which does not belong to the standard trim levels.

Buyers can choose from different engines, including a 3.3-liter V6 engine rated at 290 horsepower and 265 pound-feet of torque, which comes with a six-speed automatic transmission. There is also a turbocharged 2.7-liter V6, which is rated at 325 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque. Next is a 5-liter V8 engine at 250 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque, as well as a turbocharged 3.5-liter V6. This engine is available in two different grades – 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque and 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. All of these engines, apart from the base, come with a ten-speed automatic transmission.

For 2019, Ford decided to introduce a new 3-liter V6 engine, which is diesel-powered, as well as a 3.5-liter V6 standard engine for both the Limited and Raptor trim levels. For both these trims, a 36-gallon fuel tank is also made standard. Coming to the new tech feature for 2019, a forward collision warning paired with emergency braking has also been made standard.

The XL trim level of the 2019 F150 has features including 17-inch wheels, vinyl flooring, manual tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, air conditioning, trailer sway control, a rearview camera, four-speaker radio and more. Buyers can also opt for a 101A package to add power mirrors, power locks and windows, cruise control, smartphone app integration and so on.

The XLT comes with the 101A package of the XL, in addition to features like rear privacy glass, keypad entry system, alloy wheels, foglights and so on. Package options like the Mid 301A and Luxury 302A make additional features available.

The Lariat has the features of the Luxury 302A package in addition to 18-inch wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, power-adjustable pedals, leather upholstery, ambient lighting and so on while the King Ranch trim is only available on the SuperCrew. The Raptor is specially designed for off-roading.
