Monaco Ford’s History in Short- Track Racing

Monaco Ford has long been involved in racing as early as the 1940s, beginning with Sonny Monaco. In the 1970’s to 1980’s, David Monaco continued the family tradition and has raced throughout New England including Stafford Speedway and Waterford Speedway. Not only have the Monaco's participated in the races they have been sponsors for multiple race cars, such as being the primary sponsor of 2020 SK Light Champion Brian Sullivan. Sullivan is set to transition to the SK Modified® division in 2022 and with Monaco Ford on the car. Currently, Monaco Ford is also sponsoring Stafford Speedway’s Safety crew by providing two 2022 Ford Trucks to service all the on-track action throughout the upcoming race season.
